All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options

• Standard AUS shipping: $10.99 (allow 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location).
• Express AUS shipping: $15.00 (allow 1-3 business days for delivery, depending on your location). 
  
• All International shipping: Price calculated at checkout.
  

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

Change of Mind

• For change of mind returns, we will provide a store credit once the item has been returned to us in its original condition.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  
• Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
  

Damaged or Faulty Items

• In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, you may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery.
• Please contact us with your order details and photo evidence of the fault so that we can assist you.
  

Exclusions

• We are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition.
