We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it
Unworn or unused
With tags attached
In its original packaging
Please note: Refunds are only provided for faulty or damaged items. All other eligible returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size) will receive store credit only.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or fault (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue you with store credit to the value of your original purchase (excluding shipping).
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If confirmed, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a refund to your original payment method.
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
